Because liquidation pallets consist of bulk inventory sourced from overstock, closeouts, and customer returns, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of this business model while protecting both our customers and our operations.

All pallets sold through our platform are liquidation products. This means items may vary in brand, condition, packaging, and completeness. Pallets are typically sold as-is, and individual items are not inspected or guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product description.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product listings, condition notes, manifests (when available), and photos before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Due to the bulk and secondary-market nature of liquidation pallets:

  • All sales are final once an order has been shipped

  • We do not accept returns based on buyer preference, resale outcomes, or general dissatisfaction

  • We do not offer returns for missing items, mixed brands, cosmetic wear, or customer returns included in the pallet

Returns are only considered in rare cases where there is a significant error on our part, such as:

  • Receiving a pallet that is materially different from what was ordered

  • Receiving the wrong pallet or quantity

Any approved return must be authorised in writing by our support team before shipping anything back.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The pallet received does not match the purchased listing (category or condition)

  • The order was cancelled by us before shipment

  • The shipment was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Normal condition variations are typical of liquidation inventory

  • Damaged packaging that does not affect the overall pallet

  • Resale performance or profitability concerns

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the pallet as received

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a return is approved due to our error, return shipping instructions will be provided

  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and affect future purchasing eligibility.
